Insurance, properly placed.
Personal and commercial coverage, placed nationwide through a national agency network, with one point of accountability from first quote to final signature.
* Through a national agency network. Licensing and availability vary by state, product, and line of coverage.
Independent, on your side of the table.
Prospera is an independent agency. We are not captive to a single carrier, which means coverage is placed where it serves you: the right terms, the right limits, the right price among the markets available for your risk.
One licensed point of contact handles your file from the first conversation through binding, renewals, changes, and claims guidance. Questions get plain answers, typically the same or next business day.
Availability varies by state licensing, carrier appetite, and line of coverage.
A policy is a promise. Our work is making sure it is the right one.
Request CoverageConsultation
A short conversation about what you need covered, what you have now, and what has changed.
Placement
Your risk is presented to appropriate carriers through our national network, and terms are compared, not just prices.
Binding
You review the options in plain language. Coverage is bound in writing with the issuing carrier.
Stewardship
Renewals, policy changes, documents, and claims guidance, handled by the same point of contact.
Independence
We are not tied to one carrier. Recommendations follow your interests, drawn from the markets available for your risk.
Precision
Schedules are read line by line. Limits, deductibles, and exclusions are explained before you sign, not after a claim.
Discretion
Your information is used for quoting and placement, handled with care, and never sold. Our Privacy Policy is written in plain language.
Continuity
One point of contact, year after year: quotes, renewals, certificates, changes, and advocacy when something goes wrong.
Common questions.
In most cases, yes. Through a national agency network, Prospera places coverage in states across the country. Licensing and availability vary by state, product, and line of coverage, so tell us what you need and where, and we will confirm right away whether we can place it.
Typically the same or next business day. If your matter is urgent, the direct line and WhatsApp are the fastest channels.
Your name, state, the coverage you are seeking, and a way to reach you. From there, your agent will ask only for what the carriers require for that line, such as drivers and vehicles for auto, or property details for home.
No. Submitting a request does not create a policy or bind coverage. Nothing is insured until coverage is confirmed in writing by the issuing carrier or by Prospera acting with carrier authorization.
Yes. Bring your current declarations page and your agent will walk through what you have, what it costs, and whether the market can do better on terms or price.
Begin with a conversation.
Tell us what you need covered. You will hear back from a licensed agent, typically within one business day.
Personal coverage, line by line.

Coverage for the work itself.
Core commercial lines for owners and operators, from sole proprietors to established companies, placed through the same network and handled by the same single point of contact.
Certificates of insurance issued promptly once coverage is bound.
Four steps, no mystery.
From first conversation to bound coverage, the process is short, plain, and handled by one licensed point of contact.
Consultation
You share what you need covered and, if you have them, your current policies. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to frame the work.
Placement
Your risk is presented to appropriate carriers through our national agency network. Terms are compared line by line, not just premiums.
Binding
You review the options in plain language and choose. Coverage becomes effective only when confirmed in writing by the issuing carrier.
Stewardship
Renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims guidance over the life of the policy, from the same person who placed it.
A single point of accountability.
Built the way insurance used to work.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at prosperainsures.com (the “Site”), operated by Prospera Insurance Group LLC (“Prospera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Informational purposes only; no coverage bound through this Site
The Site is provided for general information and to let you request insurance quotes. Submitting a request through the Site does not create an insurance policy, bind coverage, or create any obligation on the part of Prospera or any carrier. Coverage is not effective until it is confirmed in writing by the issuing carrier, or by Prospera acting with carrier authorization. Do not consider any risk insured until you have that written confirmation.
2. Quotes, eligibility, and availability
Quotes, eligibility, pricing, and coverage terms vary by state, carrier, underwriting guidelines, and the information you provide, and are subject to change until coverage is bound. Prospera places coverage through a national agency network, and availability of any product is subject to carrier appetite, underwriting approval, and state-specific requirements. Licensing varies by state and by line of coverage, and particular products may not be available in particular states. Prospera may decline any request in its sole discretion. You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete; inaccurate information can void or impair coverage.
3. Licensing and territorial limitations
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSPERA AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND NETWORK PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Prospera arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars or the amount you paid to Prospera for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues or it is permanently barred. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms alters the terms of any insurance policy issued by a carrier or any right you may have under applicable insurance law.
4. Consent to contact and authorization for reports
By submitting a request through the Site, you agree that Prospera Insurance Group LLC may contact you about your request, including by phone, text message, email, WhatsApp, or other reasonable methods, that message and data rates may apply, and that consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. You further authorize Prospera to use the information you submit to prepare insurance quotes, to submit that information to insurance carriers, wholesalers, and network partners for quoting and placement, and to obtain underwriting and insurance-related reports, which may include motor vehicle, claims history, and credit-based insurance score reports, as permitted by law. Any quote is preliminary and subject to underwriting and verification, and submitting a request does not bind coverage.
5. Electronic communications and signatures
By using the Site or communicating with Prospera electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, text message, and WhatsApp, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You further agree that any acknowledgment, acceptance, or signature you provide through electronic means may be relied upon by Prospera to the same extent as a handwritten signature, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice, and it does not constitute a recommendation for your specific circumstances until we have discussed them with you. Policy language controls in all cases; in the event of any conflict between the Site and a policy, the policy governs.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to or incorporates services operated by third parties, which may include messaging services (such as WhatsApp), hosted fonts, and our hosting and DNS providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Prospera does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, text, graphics, logos, and marks are the property of Prospera or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may access the Site for your personal, informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, to use automated means to access or harvest the Site, or to upload malicious code. We may restrict or terminate access at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Prospera does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information obtained from Prospera or through the Site creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms, and you agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospera and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in this section limits any obligation Prospera or a carrier may have under a bound insurance policy, which is governed by the policy itself.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prospera Insurance Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and network partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any information you submit through the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class action waiver
Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights. Except for matters that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. YOU AND PROSPERA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; DISPUTES MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information, and nothing in this section limits any right you may have to file a complaint with your state insurance regulator or other government agency.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any court proceeding arising out of the Site or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
15. Changes; entire agreement; contact
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Prospera regarding use of the Site. Questions may be directed to info@prosperainsures.com.

The Site uses third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies, which may include messaging services (such as WhatsApp), hosted fonts (such as Google Fonts, which receives standard font requests including IP addresses), and our hosting and DNS providers. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service you use.
